Counselling in Bethnal Green, London

I  offer counselling and psychotherapy sessions in Bethnal Green, London, on a Wednesday to Friday. My counselling room is 5 minutes from Bethnal Green Tube Station, next door to York Hall and there’s a cafe in the basement of the building.

I often work with people who from the creative professions, academics, or over-stressed thinkers, who feel out of their depth or overwhelmed and are seeking calm, equilibrium and to find a way forward.

Sometimes these counselling clients have gone through, or are going through, a difficult period of transition, which might be to do with the stages of life,  illness, redundancy, or any of the other changes that can happen to us (to read more about life transitions, please see my recent blog post).

I keep questioning my own blind spots, my place in the culture, and how these might show up in our work. I’m committed to listening, learning, and being accountable, through reading, training, supervision, and hearing directly from clients like you when something feels off.

The price for a counselling session is £75. Often people coming for counselling book and pay for a series of sessions (often 6) in advance.
